“Dutch BeBook 'adopts' Swedish world traveller”

(Book reader in urgent need for literature saved!)

You finished your book, but still want to continue reading? This is the place to be.

When we released our BeBook eReader last month we couldn't imagine the overwhelming responses we would get as soon as it hit the market. We had reviews, articles about the BeBook in magazines, newspapers and all over the internet. We also got a large number of requests for free samples of our product. Of course we seriously considered all applicants. One of them touched our hearts immediately ...

Meet Martin Pettersson!

Martin Pettersson got in touch with us through a very extensive letter. His story was pretty impressive: he gave up everything (literally!) he owned in Sweden to travel the world with two bags and three goals:

One bag holds his scuba diving gear, the other one everything else he owns.

The three goals he had when leaving Sweden : Help others, become a Buddhist Monk and do lots of Scuba Diving. Travelling around Asia, he had one big problem : how to take all his books with him, without spending his hard earned cash on extra luggage weight. Or his destinations are simply too remote to carry his books.

Ambition
Martin also told us he'd like to write and publish his stories 'someday'. Even his very first letter touched all of us at the office, maybe even made us a little jealous. Travelling far away places, temples, diving, helping out people in need. We just had to help him out, and be a small part of his adventures, while sitting at our desks.

The Deal In return for his touching adventures and pictures, we just mailed off a BeBook pre-loaded with many books. Martin will keep us updated through short stories in 'blog style', which we will publish on our website. In our opinion it's about the ultimate test drive for our BeBook. He and his BeBook will surely go places we can only dream of.

We're awaiting his personal introduction to 'our world', till then, here's a picture to get to know him just a little!
